Like most folks, I wear all sorts of hats that I could brag about here; wife, mom, grandma, etc. But I will focus on the one that matters here! Faith has been described as the substance of things hoped for, and the evidence of things not seen; It takes a leap of faith to take a substance (or substances) and turn it (or them) into something else. Because of this, creativity both intrigues and excites me! I am amazed over and over again by the things people can create. I've tried my hand at many creative things but the one I enjoy the most (all of my remember-able life) is paper crafting. So in 1997 when I felt the winds of change stirring in my heart and an opportunity presented itself; I signed up to be an Independent Stampin' Up Demonstrator and here I am! I absolutely love what I do! I am convinced that everyone can do paper crafting! Most of us cut our creative teeth with paper crafting in school or before; with paper, crayons, glue, and safety scissors. Most of the time I stick to simple projects that I feel are easily duplicated. My motto is: Pursue Simple - Get Fancy Later. So, 20 years later, I am still sharing paper crafting with as many people as I can by keeping it simple. Once in awhile I get fancy because I've spent a lot of years pursuing simple. So, if I get fancy on you, don't let it deter you, I always go back to the basics!
